Job Duties:
The role provides administrative support in the Safeguarding and Specialist Services area of Children’s Services supporting a front-line social care team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual who can ensure that a high level of administrative support is provided to facilitate an excellent service being delivered.

The role involves supporting a front-line operational team within Family Safeguarding.

A supportive team member and competent administrator, you will be self-motivated, professional and approachable providing excellent team support and best practice at all times. You will possess excellent customer care skills and must be willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks, operating within departmental policies and procedures.

Although there are no specific qualifications required for this role, previous experience in a service delivery environment and/or a business-related qualification would be beneficial.

Minute taking is a key element of this role via laptop and so a confident typist is required as is experience of using Microsoft Office.
