Airport Operations Technician Job at City of Phoenix – 4.2 Phoenix, AZ
This position will require a State of Arizona Office of Pest Management Herbicide Applicator License upon date of hire or within the first year of employment.

Working irregular hours, second and/or third shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required.
Familiar with Federal Aviation Administration rules, regulations, and guidelines.
$18.25 (minimum) – $24.02 (maximum) hourly / $37,960.00 – $49,961.60 annually.

One year of airport experience that provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform the essential functions of this job classification;
OR One year of skilled experience in building maintenance and repair work.
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

Positions in the Aviation Department work in a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week operation. Employees are required to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Vacation and shift assignments are determined by seniority.
