Hertfordshire County Council provides adult social care services for thousands of older people and adults with disabilities, as well as supporting carers.
This post will support, guide and advise Adult Care Services staff to meet its’ responsibilities for managing and responding to complaints.
We’re looking for a credible complaints professional to guide and support our staff to provide excellent customer service and complaints responses to people supported by adult social care and carers. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communications skills, a core customer service ethos and an understanding of social care – as well as being supportive, resilient and approachable.
