About the Team
The Young People’s Learning Provision (YPLP) is a service, provided by Lincolnshire County Council’s Children’s Services to offer alternative education to young people aged 16-24. YPLP offers young people Study Programmes, Traineeships and Supported Internships on a roll on roll basis in 7 sites across Lincolnshire.
About the Role
The role of YPLP Performance Officer: Data & Exams will be responsible for managing the data and coordinating external examinations and accreditation for the whole YPLP provision. They will need to keep up to date with changes to regulations and guidelines appropriate to the role.
The successful candidates will be able to manage all aspects of a management information system and create and produce accurate meaningful performance reports. They will be able to coordinate the processes and procedures involved, and be responsible for the administration, of external assessments across YPLP. They will be able to interpret the requirements of funding and awarding bodies to ensure that YPLP is working within these and make appropriate recommendations to the management team.
The postholder will be be required to travel to various locations in and around Lincolnshire in a timely and flexible manner.
