Technical Project Manager Job at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. – Dublin

In order to support CIB infrastructure globally including alignment with strategic GT programs, CIB Infrastructure Services require a Project Manager to support projects that deliver solutions to ensure the CIB infrastructure landscape runs at the most optimal levels. The Project Manager will support a number of deliverables including defining new policies to ensure ongoing right sizing of the CIB real estate; implementing automated polices solutions and ensuring that we have the correct tooling and telemetry to manage in a programmatic manner. The project manager will also support the oversight of any required infrastructure remediation efforts. Strong data analytical skills will also be required to aid business case creation and ongoing measurement against objectives. The project manager will support the Program Lead in managing project plans; delivery of regular communications to a senior audience, and the leads work with key stakeholders across CIB to support delivery against key targets and manage associated risks.

Required Skills

Must have relevant experience in working in high-performing teams.

Must have demonstrable experience of managing / supporting complex technology projects.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior executives, team members and peers; build relationships, and obtain required information from partners at all levels

Proven understanding and ability in delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources. Attention to detail a must with focus on executive quality presentation.

Track-record for defining robust programme strategy and coordinating internal and external teams to execute against it.

Ability to perform data analysis.

Advanced Excel skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

Financial services background preferred, but not required
